16.00-19.00 Registration. Weighting of all competitors and all weights, drawing, mandatory commission

NOTE:
*The order of fighting will be fromless weight to greater weight. *The schedules can be modified and altered ifnecessary.

PARTICIPATION

National teams and clubs. A competitor must have a valid License from their corresponding federation. The responsibility of respecting this rule rests with the National Federation and / or Club that enrolls the participants.
The nationality of the competitors will be taken as indicated in their current passport or current national identification card. Competitors can only represent one country and, in any case, change of nationality. In these circumstances, both National Federations involved must have already agreed and confirmed their agreement in writing in accordance with current federation regulations. Appropriate documentation must be provided with the application to enter the competition.
All participants must have Individual Each National Federation affiliated with the European Federation mayenter not less then 1 and not more then 3 competitors in one weight category. Each athlete competes only in one weight category, the one in which they are enrolled.

Team
The team name can only be the country name and in case of more teams in one age group from one country it must be Country name plus number, for instance Great Britain 1, Great Britain 2, etc.
INSCRIPTION
Entries are required to be made through your federation or with your authorization.

ENTRY FEE
Registration price per competitor:
first section: € 60, additional sections: € 30

Referee seminar participants – € 50

This fee can be charged bycash during the registration and weighting.

DEADLINES OF E-REGISTRATION

All teams have tosend their team list before deadline to the e-mails:

Deadline April 30 at 11pm (GTM+1).

After the deadline, additional records (late entries, replacements) – € 20 add to entry fee.

JUDGING

The referee teams is provided by Combat Ju-Jutsu International Federation for their competition. Each team obliged to provide a certified referee at the rate of 1 referee for every 10 competitors but at least 1 referee from the team! Teams that do not comply with this requirement are penalized at the rate of EUR 100 for each unrepresented judge.
Judges Uniforms: black pants, waistcoat or suit, white shirt. Referee: black pants, waistcoat or suit, white shirt.
Side Judge: black pants, waistcoat or suit, white shirt. Trainers: just in sportswear, dock sides. Representatives – casually clothes.

TOURNAMENT RULES

• Tournaments for Combat Ju-Jutsu are conducted according the official full rules of the Combat Ju-Jutsu International Federation (CJJIF) : http://cjjif.org/eng/Rules/rules_e.htm

1. DISTRIBUTION AREAS
1.- Three (3) competition tatami areas measuring 10×10 2.- One (1) heating and preparation tatami area

GICONTROL
It will be operated with person in charge. On the draw sheet the competitor named
at the top must wear a white Gi and the one below wears a blue Gi, fully complying with the rules.
Each participant must be in the next uniform and have protectors:

• White or blue pure GI with the emblem of CJJIF , the national federation emblemand the country’s flag on the left shoulder;
• Color belts must meet the qualifying level;
• protectors: a helmet for juniors, protectors of the groin, breasts (for women),

Protectors on the shins with the protection of the feet are used in the competitions

among individual categories of secular parties in accordance with rules approved.
